Account and data deletion

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@vexarstudios.com from the email address linked to your game account.
2. Use the subject: Account deletion request.
3. Mention the app name, your account email and that you want your account and associated data deleted.

Data deleted

• Account profile, email and nickname.
• Authentication sessions and refresh tokens.
• Non-required gameplay progression and point balance data.
• Support data that is no longer needed to process the request.

Data that may be retained

• Audit logs, anti-fraud records and security events when needed to protect the service.
• Lightning withdrawal, ledger and accounting records when needed for legal, tax, dispute or compliance reasons.
• Records are retained only as long as required for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
